JaWilliams Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 Hi We have a Turbo PMAC2 CPU driving 4 motors through GEO Drives GPH201. When any one of the motors is enabled we get busts of RF noise at about 5 second intervals that is present on the 24 Vdc power, analog outs, and on the ground plane itself. The GEO Drives are connected to 3-phase power through EPCOS 16A filters (Part number B84143-A16-R105). This noise is seen on our data acquisition system as noise spikes at 2.5-second intervals. The noise spikes do not line up from channel to channel. If anybody seen this problem before could you please suggest a possible solution.
