Sam01 Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 Hello everyone, Please I want to ask if it is possible to run a Profile Simulation using the PEWIN32PRO2 software? I am setting up a micro-milling system that will cut simple and complex profiles. So, I want to write a program that can cut a profile using the micro milling machine but before conducting a real cutting process, I want to run the program and see the resulting output profile on the terminal. Please I will like to know if this is possible using the PENWIN32PRO2 SOFTWARE? Thank you. Regards, Sam PS: I using three motors with a TURBO2, X4, and a spindle. Eric Hotchkiss Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 This is not possible with just the PENWIN32PRO2 Software. The easiest way would be to use it with a Turbo PMAC CPU and set up virtual motors with all the same speed/accel limit settings. Then you could run the program on the virtual system.
