How to send“$$$”in plc program

When Ecat[0].enable=0, the IO data still exists in the cache. I need to send "$$$" in the IED terminal to clear the data.
I added " CMD"$$$" " in plc, but it didn't work. How to reset the POWER PMAC control in the plc program?

Power PMAC FW does not allow the “command processor parsing” of the following commands in script programming for safety reasons:
