Auto Correcting Interpolartor Manual?

Because anti-noise filtering in the auto-correcting interpolator is performed by extreme oversampling and digital averaging, the analog filtering on the front end is a lot lighter. This means that the input bandwidth is a lot higher - high enough that we do not have a sinusoidal encoder that can exceed its capabilities.

It's very simple to set up, so yes, basically plug and play.

 

Just follow the recommended Encoder Conversion Table entry in the manual and set up Gate3.AdcEncCtrl for normal use (Gate3.AdcEncCtrl = $80000000), which is basically auto-correction with zero header bits (required), no unsigned-to-signed conversion (required), and no strobe/latch delay (acceptable for

most applications).
