TSchneiberg
We have someone considering the use of the Power PMAC Development Kit. Is there any documentation or Power Point slides on what this consists of?
Sina.Sattari
Here is what I have on Power PMAC Development Kit at the moment: The Power PMAC .Net Component Library is a collection of .Net Components and functions to be used in creating a .Net based program (HMI) that communicates to the Power PMAC. In the current version, the Communication library is part of the component library and it is based on SSH protocol. These are windowless objects that includes basic communication, error and unsolicited messages. Also included in Power PMAC Development Kit is Terminal, Watch, Position and Status window objects. The visual studio style help and example program in VB Net and C# for VS2005, VS2008 and VS2010 environments. This is a per seat development license. I can't share all of the help file in the forums, but here is a snapshot: Power PMAC Development Kit.pdf

IT is not clear how to get it to connect. Right-click anywhere on the window and select the Device from the contents menu. This will open the device connection window.
