Dear Sir

in my old cnc's i am using baldor macro drives and i want to replace those drives with GEO GMH152/051 drives, so please post any write up, for geo macro setup with turbo pmac 2 through pewin32 pro.

as currently i am in doubt what pwn frequencies i have to set as shown in manual.

when i make setup through "geo macro drive manual", i am getting fictious noise in velocity whether motor is in open loop.

so please help.

Check the current loop tuning of the motor/drive. If this is not well tuned it can cause digital noise. Also verify that you have good PID loop tuning.
